Custom made or special order items require payment in full at the time of order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect, as they are crafted to your personal specifications.  If you wish to cancel a custom order/special order you may do so within 2 calendar days of your original order date.

Free Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping includes residential delivery which means placing box outside of entry door way or in garage, box can not be placed in any other area of your home. For apartment buildings, the box can only be delivered to the first floor if there is no elevator.
